James Buchanan

James Buchanan, the 15th president of the United States, was born on 4/23/1791, in Cove Gap, Pennsylvania. He was 65 when he took office on 3/4/1857. Member: Democratic Party. He left office on 3/4/1861. His occupation before the presidency: Lawyer. His college: Dickinson. He died in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on 6/1/1868.
